Ran into another issue with Quilge, same one that Yhwach had. Should it be 5x or 10x? This will re-change a bunch of characters.

If it's 10x, I will need to change (these are all buffs to their 5-C/Low 5-B ratings)
Quilge, Yhwach, Royd, Yamamoto, Ichigo, Ayon, Aizen, Yoruichi, Isshin, Kisuke, Hooleer, Wonderweiss, Aura, Unohana, Gremmy, Gerard, Toshiro, Kenpachi, Pernida, Nemu and Ginjo.
(I will do the changes, but this will mean it'll be done sometime in November)

It's mainly cause his possibly rating treats his Blut as 10x and his standard rating treats it as 5x, as the possibly stems from his Blut rating feat/scaling while the standard rating stems from his base rating feat/scaling. I personally will accept almost any excuse just to go with the 5x for my own sanity tbh, but if majority prefers the 10x, I will do 10x (imo just like with Yhwach, either interpertation is reasonable and also falls in line with Wiki standards)

I do feel like the 10x Multiplier Scaling should be for the absolute Strongest Top Tiers, but also for those most proficient in it.

Cause a KLub Q&A has said that Quilge has teached/trained most of the Stern Ritter how to use Blut and more Quincy techniques. So I can see why he would have x10 Multiplier.

If there's none by November 7th (cause I'll be busy with personal stuff for this week), I'll default to one of the options and explain the new numbers before updating the profiles.
Also, for stuff like 5-C+ or High 6-A+, do we write the tier again if there's already a regular 5-C (I.e, 5-C, 5-C with x in order to represent Moon level, Moon level+ with x) Because that's how I revised Cang Du and Toshiro and none of the staff said anything about it, but Quilge didn't have that before.

They're technically both? If we chose 5x, then Quilge and Ayon get upgraded in their 4-A ratings while everyone else stays the same. If it's 10x, then everyone I named will be upgraded in their 5-C/Low 5-B ratings while their 4-A ratings are unchanged (Except for Gremmy I guess he doesn't actually get upgraded at all either way)

I always think upscaling and downscaling through those multipliers should remain consistent and the same. Else TO ME it just feels nebulous and disingenuous

Downscaling is always 10x in Bleach, while upscaling is always 5x (If it's about any multiplier that functions as a 5-10x)
Quilge downscales from his Blut self in the possibly rating (1.266 Exafoe /10 = 126.6 Petafoe)
Blut Quilge upscales from his base self in the normal rating (26.61 Exaton X5 = 133.05 Exaton)
With that said, I believe (And I could be wrong) this is two votes for 10x and one for 5x for Quilge. Again, this is going to last a while since I'm busy anyways, so please don't comment asking when the revisions will be done unless I haven't started by November the 8th or something.

the plus modifier is not added for tiering, it's only added in the ap section, and its not that big of a deal, if theres a profile left with a single plus needing to be added you can leave it be honestly

Nah, I just realised I made Toshiro and Cang's profile wrong (Edit: From my own CRT) so I'll fix that in my own time
I'm just making sure if we do 10x I don't slap a bunch of 5-C's on the tiering that don't need to be there, since I can guarantee there will be a bunch of characters getting 5-C+

Count me for 10x Blut stats to Quilge. The fact Kubo said he’s the instructor of the Sternritter, along with out of the 4 Sternritter that died during the first invasion, Quilge seems to be the one heavily implied as the Schutzstaffel that died and opened up a new spot.

And you have Yhwach himself saying Quilge should be able to stall Ichigo. It points to me that he’s one of the stronger Sternritter. We’re told in the official anime key card that the stronger a Quincy is, the stronger their Blut is. Which would hold true for Ichigo as well, given his Blut tanked a slash as casual as the one that split Yama in half
