To be honest, it would probably take just a single one. Nobody is saying that a single hit destroys the soul. The attack has to be large and powerful enough to do so. But a decent hit that actually causes damage would be enough if the soul can't resist the attack.
It lacks the feats to do so. We can't assume that this soul damage can one-shot anyone if no one in DB has ever died from it.

I said verses that have zero showings of having any type of soul manipulation wouldn't be assumed to be able to tank attacks to the soul. So yes, they would most likely die, or at the very least be significantly damaged.
Ya know DB isn't the only verse with soul damage? Hollow Knight, Undertale, JJK, etc. all have soul damage and practically every character has a resistance to said soul damage.
