Some additional resistances for Hornet and Grand Mother Silk:

Hornet:
Resistance to Poison Manipulation- she can freely inject herself with the poisonous Plasmium Phial and/or drink poisonous Flea Brew without experiencing any kind of adverse effect.
Resistance to Acid Manipulation- she can withstand getting hit by various types of Acid attacks, such as the Craggler's and Bloatroach's acid spray, Swamp Squit and Miremite's acid explosion, the Spit Squit's projectiles(which is described as "sizzling bile") ,and Groal the Great's stomach acid.

Grand Mother Silk:
Resistance to Poison Manipulation- she can withstand getting hit by Hornet's poisonous tools

But it harms her. The poison successfully works on her, and I don't think it's ever shown to be immensely debilitating to others.

I'm pretty sure I've seen the Stilkin get instantly killed when they're caught in the acid explosion of Swamp Squits and Miremites'.

But it harms her. The poison successfully works on her, and I don't think it's ever shown to be immensely debilitating to others.

Doesn't the fact that she needs to get poisoned multiple times in order for it to be effective against her show that she resists it, much like how one get's resistance to fire/hot temperatures by getting hit and withstanding it? Plus the poison doesn't even kill her as when you go through the True Ending route she'll still survive even if you end the fight by using poison damage.

The fire thing is different, Hornet's Flintslate has feats (Countering the freezing cold of Mt. Fay) that imply its temperature would cause massive harm to anyone hit by it, so since bosses aren't as affected they get a resistance. Poison, not really, I guess you could say she's more resistant by virtue of having more HP than most enemies, and maybe that makes sense? It'd be minor resistance though, it still affects her.
