Ive read it though now a few times but if i can prove a character has gained new levels of speed after the Age of Ultron movie would could they get higher speed( with new speed feats)?
Not really no, thats the whole point of this CRT, in this thread alone there are like 100+ subsonic feats, anti-feats, or stataments in total including what I posted and what was sent for calcs or to add to the anti-feat list. Thats kinda why this was done to begin with to specifically establish a new consistent baseline thats not able to overturned with just a few new calcs or something, its made to be a consistent scale following everything in the OP for the cap which will be noted on the verse page as well.

Yet most of these feats/anti-feats are either from early marvel or when characters were just gaining their power like Ms Marvel or Monica meaning a character like thor in love and thunder who had progressivly becomed stronger and faster as we see in perception feats or travel. Wouldn't this mean in the newers phases were there are less anti-feats and pretty much none subsonic feats from full powerd characters be scaled to higher speeds?

dawg half of these are literally from post endgame so that's already untrue of you and perception and travel aren't combat and reactions so they don't matter, and they continue to interact with each other equally so no that doesn't work

Not what i meant. I looked through the anti-feats and only 2 are actually from marvel high tiers with the rest being street tier which should show that high tiers opperate at a higher level of speed.

If we look at the high tiers and them only they have more higher speed feats than sub-sonic feats or anti-feats as all of the explained outlier ones are from high tier with some feats not calculated.

Also from the second part when in the later movies does high tiers actually fight street tier characters because it mostly happend in the earlier movies (like avengers) theres the one from She hulk and then a wanda one but thats 2 anti-feats against countless other high tier speed feats.

Also another question we see that Thor who is a high tier actually moves when Quicksilver runs in super speed so would it really nerf him? I mean asgardians are stated to have super speed which is another argument that those above asgardians or comparable should be of higher speed.

Ive been rewatching it and this still makes zero sense even after quicksilver slows everything down thor is still moving atleast the same speed as Quicksilver when Captain America is frozen. Wouldn' this prove the fact that high tiers opporate at a higher speed than ones like Captain America and scale him atleast above the baseline?

The CRT has been completely applied but with that all said and done we should still work to calculate or re-calculate all of these feats since they do keep things consistent since there is a LOT that got left on the table that should still fill the superhuman~subsonic range of speed feats for the verse
Found a couple old casual Superhuman speed calculations which, if accurate, might make decent support now.
A few more instances of characters reacting to firearms from a distance:
Even more speed feats:
  • Iron Man Mark 1 reacts to an RPG (presumably all other armors should have superior agility, plus the Mark 1 has no speed rating listed on its profile except flight speed)
  • War Machine Mark 2 deflects a rocket (from the Iron Man 3 Prelude comic)
  • Iron Man Mark 6 dodges a missile from a Hammer Drone (presumably the Navy Drone, which according to The Wakanda Files uses Stinger Missiles similar to those used on a battleship):
  • ElwaVD5WkAA9gk8
Not very important, but Iron Man's Civil War suit can react to Hawkeye's arrows
literally dodging one of the arrows when it's right in front of his face (look frame by frame)
Sam evading what appear to be Hydra 70 rockets is probably less impressive when you consider he was flying in the same direction they were, though it seems noteworthy that Batroc was able to jump out of his helicopter before the rockets blew it up.

Sam later reacting to and stopping multiple missiles that he's flying straight at looks more impressive, but likely has more potential to yield outlier results.
Other speed feats:

Anti-feat:
  • Mary Walker seems to be unable to dodge a bullet.

Again thank you all for your help in gathering feats and patience here
