You know one would wonder how a Spartan managed to make his way to Brazil, but lets not ask too many questions.

• Battle takes place in the Amazon Jungle Outside Dr Mozu's lab
• Hifumi starts in blooming - 318 Kilotons, 27 Megatons with Infinity Energy
• Low 7-B Spartan Cadet Kratos is used - 1.3 Megatons
• Battle starts 100m apart
• Speed is Equalized. | Hifumi has 131x faster reactions. Kratos has the Speed of Light Solar Sling

The solar sling is above Hifumi’s heat resistance and its speed of light. Which is still above Hifumi’s reactions.
So it should still one shot if it lands no?

So wouldn’t Hifumi’s high reaction speed balance out with Kratos also being able to one shot her? Since reaction would only be good for perception speed or a quick dodge.
If not would 100m starting distance do Kratos more favors?

With prior knowledge she knows Kratos haxxes her the moment he can get a move off.

Then would Grown up Alpha Yozakura with his High 7-C physicals be a more fair matchup to Kratos?

I mean, the current match is possible at speed equal, it's just an incon since both oneshot each other.

Without AP Alpha might be cooked but Idk about his win cons.

Ok speed’s equal now and the starting distance is like 100m. So I’ll stick with Hifumi.

Hifumi’s wincons seem to be restraining him with her Yo-Yo or her Infinity energy. One shotting with a beam or slash of infinity energy. Or singing at Kratos if he starts closing the distance since her singing voice can KO people who resist her base form singing (more iffy on this win con). Hifumi has kilometers of range with her beams but it’s much more in character for her to fight in mid to close range with her enemies (she’ll even use her own energy to slingshot herself at her opponent if they try to run from her)

Kratos has a bunch of haxes but idk how he’d use em in character or in which context but the solar sling is an obvious gg.
Kratos has better AP but due to Hifumi’s reactions and regen under Someinine I don’t see most of the hits that do connect being fatal if it devolves into a melee fight at close quarters. His more specialized equipment like his Petrification or the Vibration hax seem more problematic though.
But I remembered Hifumi can block with her Yo-Yo or energy so nvm she should be good.

Soul Magic is applied with every hit and is inherent to him. Hence the one hit aspect of the match. So her range is her best bet and closing distance would be bad for her.

That said, he fights mostly close range, and has no issue using his more powerful equipment. The Evergreen Flame can instantly incinerate creatures that can withstand his sling and he can shoot beams of magic from the Lunar Blade.

Kratos can also slow time with dodges and boost speed with his sandals, but that win condition is negated by her being the faster one.

Also, he has a chance at reflecting damage back at his attacker, and also has supernatural luck boosting this chance and himself. And he can turn invisible by drinking from the Olpe of Wellness and sneak up on her.

Skill wise, Kratos outstrips adult Spartans and other cadets, as well as Legionnaires whom are masters of the Blade. He also cleared the Pit of Agonies, a gauntlet of monster fighting that also limits either your strength, durability, healing, other aspects or all of them combined. I do think she edges out a bit here.

For now I vote for Kratos high diff.

Hifumi would probably be trying to bash him in from mid range with Yo Yo onslaughts like this with her infinity. Or if the distance is closed she could try to directly clash and overpower him like this if he doesn’t get the attack reflect off. Which would probably instantly kill him if he tried blocking instead of dodging

Green Everflame does sound like a good way for him to put her down though.

The turning invisible part won’t help him much against her since she’s got Neutral Vision since she’s in blooming + Extrasensory perception under Someinine and Spy abilities + enhanced senses. So she can basically always see him coming.
She’s also got stealth mastery and resists Extrasensory perception herself so maybe she could even sneak up on him if the fight drags with them dodging each others stuff.

Skill wise Hifumi’s relative to Sibling Search arc Taiyo asano (in battle IQ cause her general intelligence ain’t all that) and would be in the top 10% of Silver Rank spies at the Spy Association if she was ranked amongst them. She only isn’t cause she’s 4 and isn’t a spy yet. Taiyo himself being able to mimic martial arts others couldn’t in years in only 10 days, could beat armed organized criminals unarmed on multiple occasions despite being relative in stats to em and being able to predict the attacks of people faster than him while he was only a Bronze Rank Spy.
Hifumi herself has information analysis that allows her to break down Futaba Yozakura’s Aikido and develop counters to itdespite not training in Aikido prior by seeing her perform an air bubble technique 3 times. Which is something actual adult Aikido martial artist spies failed to do against her. Then made an imperfect copy of the exact same Aikido move. So the longer they fight if it lasts long at all Hifumi will probably break down Kratos’ Spearmanship pretty well.
So that’s what I got on Hifumi’s skill.

I’ll probably hand it to Hifumi high diff. Since she’s got a lot of range; aoe or in a straight line with infinity that could end Kratos or her singing could hurt his ears enough to make an opening

One note on the singing; Kratos can resist the singing of Sirens, which among other things, can use pitch and frequency to set people on fire or directly make their heads explode.
