If it's uncertain or contentious, we could just accept what others have accepted & save this proposal for another thread. So I guess maybe give this proposal (Since it's distinct from the OP's content & may not've been considered by previous evaluations.) some time (24 hours or so to be considered?) at least if you don't wanna put it for another thread?

So basically like

The reason why its 5 pages was because of the Possibly High-Mid Regeneration proposal for Shigaraki. The restoration was actually ignored for 3.5 pages lol.
