Everyone else in DB (Chiaotzu, Guldo, Fused Zamasu) all used their TK on their opponent and were winning cause of it.

No, it’s still the case. You provided more low end feats than you did high end ones, and Charmander’s post was full of guesstimates

This is unrelated, but have you ever thought about how Chiaotzu never directly talks to Goku in the OG manga (DB-DBZ). And then in the DBS Manga, Tien's like "if we don't find anyone else for the ToP, I will BRING CHIAOTZU". He says that shit like it's a THREAT. I think about this a lot
