So, I was thinking about the last page of the first Lucifer series. If what it says is true (that the void beyond creation is the Overvoid which is canvas on which fiction is written and creation like DC which are made by hands exist), wouldn't that qualify his range—only his range—as High Outerversal+ (if that thing still exists?) Since you have the Overvoid above High Outerversal+.

So the text says :
From a vantage point no less subjective, no less absolute.


And so it's hard to tell whether he imposes himself on the emptiness—


—or becomes it.

This statement implies that at least one of the two possibilities is true. And this was Lucifer after he had given his Lightbringer power to Mazikeen. This is based purely on his existence.

If I remember correctly, in order to qualify for High 1-A+ Range, a character would need to be High 1-A+ in Tier

Since High 1-A+ encompasses all possible worlds and, by extension, includes all meta-qualitative hierarchies, containing them within itself while also transcending them, it would therefore qualify for High 1-A+ Range
Otherwise, I don't think it would be a logical conclusion

Or are you saying Void is not equal to Overvoid.

We know that Perpetua came from the Overvoid and DC creation exist in Overvoid itself. Perpetua is just one of the hands tasked to create DC creation. In an interview Synder said Lucifer creation is after Perpetua. Which means void and Overvoid in lucifer series are same thing right?

This thread is old and says nothing but conflicting ideas at best.
We knows creation exist inside void and perpetua came from the overvoid itself.(read this scan).

Here its shows void(overvoid), creation in relationship to the hand like Perpetua.
It is overvoid because they directly shows Mandrakk who was tied to the issue in which overvoid was first ever mentioned.
