So, I was thinking about the last page of the first Lucifer series. If what it says is true (that the void beyond creation is the Overvoid which is canvas on which fiction is written and creation like DC which are made by hands exist), wouldn't that qualify his range—only his range—as High Outerversal+ (if that thing still exists?) Since you have the Overvoid above High Outerversal+.
So the text says :

This statement implies that at least one of the two possibilities is true. And this was Lucifer after he had given his Lightbringer power to Mazikeen. This is based purely on his existence.
