Dragon Ball Super Anime Special Edition

NPI is oke

Resistance is Limited because they need to meditate to dispel them and illusion still affected them in some degree
You realize that Goku, in Ultra Instinct, moves instinctively against any danger, and in this state Goku is free from the mind, the five senses, and voluntary movement. So how could illusions even affect Goku in Ultra Instinct? It is as if you are saying that a stone can be affected by illusions!

Illusions primarily affect the mind and the five senses, especially the eyes, and none of these things apply to Goku’s state in Ultra Instinct, because he does not move according to his mind but rather instinctively. He can also dispense with his five senses, and the proof is that he fought Jiren while his eyes were closed. If he can fight with his eyes closed, that means illusions would be useless, because he can already fight without using his eyes. Illusions affect the eyes and manipulate what you see, therefore illusions would have no effect on Goku in Ultra Instinct.

Anyone who objects to resistance to illusion manipulation must explain how an illusion could affect a character who moves instinctively, does not rely on the mind or the five senses, and can fight with their eyes closed.

Illusions, by their nature, affect the eyes and what you see in order to deceive you and show you the illusion. If a character can fight without needing their eyes, that means the illusion becomes useless from the start. This is especially true since the movements are instinctive rather than voluntary purely instinctive responses to any danger or attack and the mind does not intervene.

Anyone who objects should refute these arguments.

DIdn't know this was still ongoing, anyway, HEAVY disagree

Scans

Basically, the entire forest itself was an illusion and so were those guys just some illusions that are given form by Goku and Krillin's Ki which is why Tambourine had just as much power as Buu. The illusions become tangible because of the Ki that fuels them, so no NPI. As for resistance, those illusions are dependent on Ki and memories. It's not like they actually resisted being placed under illusions, but they simply exploited the illusions' weaknesses and thus countered them by calming their minds and no longer emanating Ki to feed the illusions. And that was exactly their test

Man, I've already repeated the same argument for illusion resistance being exclusive to Goku (don't look at how they tried to dispel it, but rather how Goku recognized it was an illusion in the first place), in his profile it even got accepted by information analysis due to the lack of some feats to support it.

But, since I'm not the OP it doesn't seem to help, in fact the OP doesn't seem to see my argument, I'm not even trying to mix up the two continuities (straight up using the same continuity), but never mind even if it gets a "limited" rating or not at all, I'll do it again later with some other revisions.

I definitely saw your comment... I'm waiting for a response from a few admins and mods to resolve this.

I posted your summary about Goku realizing it was an illusion

Alright. Can you remind me about this thread tomorrow? I just arrived in New York.

To be honest, it seems more like a willpower feat.

I suppose it can be listed as limited resistance to illusions.

For the NPI part, I think it's too unclear the nature of their relationship to these illusions in this realm.
Thank you very much for your comment, could you please mark more staff to complete this CRT?

If I'm not mistaken, there are 3 that need to agree with limited resistance to illusion, so can we apply that? Or do we need one more?

I'm not sure if all DB characters will have resistance here, since Krillin was already terrified by it, but Goku insisted it was an illusion.

Maybe you hightlighted this part?

I'll bring up Goku's previous feat of instantly recognizing an "llusion" when Tien split his body into four in the original DB, but assuming it's a resistance to illusions seems vague. But wait a minute, in the DBS Anime, Goku can identify that Hit is using illusions, even by giving each illusion a Ki signature. And also, in this thread for the next episode, where Goku immediately recognizes that it's an illusion. Should this be enough to give Goku "Resistance to Illusion Creation"? At least Goku could say, "Yeah, I've seen that trick before."

But for NPI, it does appear that the Forest of Terror creates illusions through someone's memories, and all materials from rocks, trees, and even gas are transformed into illusions of enemies Goku and Krillin have defeated.

For Longevity, that's already listed in his profile.
You can apply the changes.

But if someone else wants to apply the changes for me, I'd appreciate it; I don't know the procedure for changing my profile yet.

I find myself disagreeing here. This all seems to just sub applications of Supernatural Willpower rather than an outright resistance to Illusions in specific. Besides, Willpower already allows you to distinguish between illusion and reality at a certain level, to some extent.

I also disagree with NPI based on this post.
