Didnt subaru in Aganau revive after destroying his own soul with Zeam? Or is that not used or something?
 
im waiting for the 'Goku has a passive multiversal aura that will instantly one shot subaru' argument
 
Does Destroying Subaru's soul even matter? Like he, in Aganau IF, already got his soul destroyed by zeam and looped
 
Goku's first move is usually teleporting behind someone and neck chopping them unconscious

what's stopping him from doing that here

Not on the page, and from what I heard, this is a misconception. Like it only destroyed Petelguese soul inside of him or something.

Also, it doesn't really make sense with the mainline story. Arc 4 only works if Subaru's soul being destroyed actually kills him. Cause Roswaal puts a soul destroying curse on him to make him stick to his word.

Even if he makes Subaru unconscious, Beatrice could still cast Minya or any other spell. And since she is a spirit, he can't really put her unconscious.

Also, what's the chance he would actually just behead Subaru with such a move? 2-C tapping a 9-B could obliterate them.
 
Goku has no wincon except Sealing, which he'll never use in this case. (as far as i see here)

Can he win?
 
Question is the Soul NPI for ki a toggle or like a passive thing? Because Buu didnt get his soul obliterated by normal ki blasts, or does Buu have like... Soul resistance or something? Like is the Ki soul NPI even consistent? Since its the first time im even hearing it has that

soul npi is not soul manip (destruction)
and when have ever ki attacks killed someone's soul along with the person???

why can't spirits not be put unconscious? she doesn't have type 3 self sustenance so she's capable of sleeping. Goku's neck chop can just incapacitate them both

zero, Goku is shown to be able to be capable of holding back considerably even with infinite gaps in strength, like when interacting with his family or fighting fodder in the ToP. He should be more than capable of knocking them both out

Knocking them out also bypasses Return by Death cuz Subaru doesn't die

All Ki users have inherent resistance to soul damage. And from the Ki page, it is indeed passive I think.

Ki attacks destroy Subaru's soul and he can't resurrect after that. He has only Low-Godly resurrection.

Or I guess he could kill Beatrice and knock Subaru unconscious. Though that combination is probably unlikely?

Huh? NPI of it doesn't work that way as far as i know. Wasn't it accepted here to not be like that?

Also, Subaru can come back from soul destruction, no? It happens in one of the what if where Subaru stabs himself with the life sword.

Also, Od is accepted as conceptual rn ig? so can he even destroy it?

True, the Od is a type 3 concept iirc? Shouldnt that make basic soul destruction less effective or not work? Since the Od is conceptual in nature?

9B King Chappa vs 5C Goku, Goku just neck chops him and he doesn't implode

dragon ball characters are masters of energy/strength control. Goku should have no problem holding back enough to not kill, especially since Goku doesn't kill people who don't pose a threat to him in-character
 
I dont quite think knocking him out works here because Subaru has a poison pill which he can bite down on to instantly kill himself, with the perception and reaction speed gap of 1 million times he should be capable of doing this before he gets knocked out
