    Why is Ryu's last name listed as Hoshi?

    Looking around Hoshi is the last name used for the live action 1994 Street Fighter movie. The movie is not canon since it altered the plotline and motivations of characters so there's no reason for that last name to be canon as well. In that movie Sagat's name was Viktor (lol) and we don't use that.
