N was in flight and was a moving target. He wasn't seeing the attack coming and then dodging it, since the attack comes out basically instantly.

Because it's easier to target someone if you can see them. That doesn't mean she needs line of sight.

Tien has better LS, sure, but the difference isn't great enough to suggest that Uzi can't at least slow him down significantly, which should come out to the same anyways, since all she really needs is a small window to delete half his vital organs with NULL.

1. Tien likely isn't going to use kikoho except as a last resort, since it shortens his lifespan.
2. NULL isn't exactly treated like a standard black hole in-verse, it's more like a sphere of death that just straight up deletes anything inside of it, so I doubt resistance to gravity manip or high LS is going to help Tien here.

I can't use imgur due my shi internet, but if you'll try to look it closer, you can see that The solver symbol appears on the Uzi visor, after that we can see that the bullets did not hit her but just bounced off her

It is, but since the projectile is some much slower than her own combat speed, equalization slows it down much more.

Also, his superior LS makes TK ineffective.
