Well I think he resists willpower manip through resistance to Mind manipulation. Honestly no clue about anything else.

Alucard has Mind Manip, can he apply that on Giorno? Also he could maybe use it on GER, him being aware of what it can do likely helps him in this case. If Alucard knows what GER can do he will likely go for his most useful hax, the question is will the mindhax work? I'm not sure it would as its not a passive thing likely.

Well I guess the second point is can Alucard resist Will Manip? He can resist Mind Manip but I'm not sure it'd be directly applicable.
