I'm only a casual fan of Genshin at best but, 11D Genshin sounds wack lmao. Following.

Technically, yes. Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact are confirmed to be in the same Multiverse both from in game scenes and Word of God statemets, and the Honkai cosmology is 11D.
But obviously no one from the Genshin Impact's cast scales in any way from this cosmology, neither in AP nor in haxes, and unless there will be an actual cross-over between the two a scaling will never happen.

Genshin only has the same multiverse as imaginary tree because he's one of the bubble universes there, but he doesn't get 11D because it doesn't have any effect on imaginary tree
so yeah maybe just got the cosmology i hope there is someone from genshin can affect that tree because iam bored with this verse is actually to weak
