Would the namek corebust apply for e=mc2 conversion? I know it’s actually quite difficult to calc using other methods because at the pressure a typical core is you can’t just vape it/ atomize and have it physically disappear, unless the thing was ejected from the planet it would just look like Freeza erased it.

I think the most plausible interpretation is the Cores mass being turned into light particles causing the flash that made king Kai think namek exploded ( as any level of destruction below that wouldn’t hollow it out, just turn into dense as heck superheated plasma)
That or Freezas attacks was so powerful it phased the core’s mass out of the planet which would be ultimately a KE calc.
Either way feat is weird.

The way I see that incident is King Kai identified the attack Frieza had that Frieza said will destroy the planet as an attack that could destroy a planet and when Frieza threw that attack at the planet king kia's reaction was "oh my God Frieza destroyed namic!" Then after a moment of panic realized namic was still there

She keeping up with Saiyan's blood may support it, but does the movie still points out that Videl is the weakest? Like she barely keeping up in flight speed with the others?

i made that Frieza escaping Namek explosion calc, it gets to Relativistic flight speed by using that Bigger than the sun sized Namek size that some people have problems with, but up until it gets changed, id use that as distance

Oh, by the way, the Dragon Ball scatter speed calculation is based off of the Viz translations claiming the Dragon Balls "fly off to the ends of the earth", but in the original Japanese text, Bulma simply says they "fly off to [who knows where]"—or, more literally, "fly off to somewhere". Though, the Character Volume does say... something.
