Why Bert Colema is listed as Low 2-C? He didn't created a Paralel Universe, he just warped reality around him and Rigby

And how creating an alternate universe is Low 2-C?

Just rewatched the episode, nothing indicates that he actually created an universe, just warped reality. Gauging the size of his reality warp is really hard though, do you have any suggestions?

Well, he just warped reality inside a arcade, so... 9-A to 8-C?

Well, the "game" he created seemed to be much bigger as it contained a massive construction ladder and space all around it. At least 8-C seems reasonable to me.

I agree with Dark. I rewatched the episode and also feel his rating is unjustified.

I'm sorry if I'm mistaken but I didn't even really see that as him "creating" anything rather him teleporting Mordecai and Rigby to that game arena he was talking about.

Even if we do view it as him creating that "pocket realm," gauging by the size of it like we do with every other realm, this is nowhere remotely close to a Low 2-C feat.

I wasn't saying he doesn't have said powers in general but I didn't see this supposed Low 2-C feat to be him creating it.

But again even if we view it as such, judging its size the same way with all pocket realms this isn't anything at all like a Low 2-C feat.

I'd be fine with this feat being judged as High 8-C or "At least High 8-C."

@Dark This is a very obscure profile and it seems two admins have agreed on the same thing. Should I just perform the changes? I don't think we'll be getting much more input on this and it might be best to not waste staff's time asking them for. Especially if they likely haven't seen the episode.

I think it be okay to go ahead and change his profile, yes.

Edit: He also took a hit from Rigby, so wouldn't that make his durabilty Wall level?

@Dark I made the changes to his AP and durability.

Rigby and Mordecai should be Building level

They can hurt each other, and they can tank hits from Starla, who destroy buildings

Were any other characters scaled from him?

I don't believe so. I think the only other Tier 2s in Regular Show (Father Time, Pops, Anti-Pops) are Tier 2 based on their own feats, not scaling off of Bert.

Edit: Father Time has a brief snippit about being superior to Bert, but I believe he's still Low 2-C regardless. I'll remove that.
