Bleach Powernull Resistance

Ngl, but I'm a bit neutral about it even being power nullification cause all it seems is some kind of extension of soul manip or a resistance for the barrier. Them bypassing it is just due to power. Of course, we also give UI Goku limited power null despite his case being the same, with even weaker logic, so ig this is fine.
