Anyone remember that Disney movie from the post-renaissance era? We should make a profile for that dog. Obviously, his TV show versiom. The actual Bolt in 90% of the movie is like, 10-C. But in the TV show, he has enough feats to warrant a profile. Can outrun speeding missiles and has some upper tier 9 feats.

Why wouldn't it be? We just add a note in the end that says something like "This profile portrays th character as he appears on the fictional TV show".
