He has well crashed hard enough it caused him to spit out his lungs and he simply pushed them back into his body (1:20). And in the episode where we learn what keeps Burns alive is his hate. His skull is partially flattened at the brain area (At 1:43). And simply by being mean. He healed himself. So as well as adding these feats to his page. His regen should Only come from his hate. So High-Low to Mid regen with Hate. (Since it crushed a large part of his brain and skull), As his regen specifically only works if he is being a bad person.
