giorno can't kill patchy and patchy can't kill giorno, patchy has durability far surpassing giorno's ap so giorno can't do anything to him while patchy can't do anything to giorno because "lolno"
this is the definition of an incon.

Incapacitation is a still a thing you realize?
i don't think you know how many MUDA's you'd need to take down a low 7-C character with only 8-C punches.

Patchy has no resistance to willpower Manip so....

He opens with time hacks the most. Which time freezes. Or even going revering or going back in time would be ways that give him the time he needs
The entire reason GER exists was to beat a man with thought based time-hax and look what happened to him. I don't think that Patchy spams it anywhere near as much as Diavolo to boot. Time stop is meaningless against a character with infinite speed and Patchy isn't opening the battle with going back in time since he doesn't even know that he'd need to do that.

Patchy opens with time stop and GER is unaffected and traps him in a loop by resetting to zero. Or he attempts to flee back in time and Giorno reverts the action anyway as it is still something that is actively done.

Whether or not he reverts willpower to zero in this case can be debated. As it stands this is either a stomp or incon.

Wait, true. Setting willpower to zero counts as incapacitation as Patchy wouldn't fight back.

Here it comes.

Anyway, Donut-Boi takes this since he can revert Patchy's actions and incap him with Willpower Manipulation.

GER is its own sentient being, so Giorno doesn't need to activate him to make it work. GER would react by itself to the opponent just like he did with Diavolo as he admitted that not even Giorno was aware of its power.

So yeah, GER is passive as long as it exists.

tbh Will manip shouldn't even be on giorno's profile as it has never happened before it should be replaced with "Possibly Will manip(*link here*, although this has never been shown in canon) but as it stands rn giorno will manips patchy.

i switch my vote to giorno

GER is sentient yes, but his ability still needs to be activated manually (by GER itself). Giorno only needs to activate the sstand and GER would assume from there. If it was passive, Diavolo's time erase wouldnt even come out at first

GER can think by itself and his power is activated by thought (from ger itself)

@NECROmercer

you should probably make patchy bloodlusted or have prior knowledge because if he doesn't have either then he gets stomped hard and he's canonically an idiot.

Actually it would. He would use his plot hax to try to kill giorno if bloodlusted
That was already addressed above and shown not to work.

since patchy has prior knowledge then he would know he'd be screwed if giorno got his will manip off so he uses his plot hax and goes "my Will will not be affected by RTZ" or something and then giorno tries again and patchy does the same thing and they go on forever.

incon

If anything, it's more automatic. And GER still resets said action back to zero before plot-hax can do anything.

If that's the case. If he had previous knowledge. Then he knows about the GER then. Not just the will power thing. Aka. He can effect it beforehand by changing what GER does Or it even effecting him. Which would work since plot overtakes. And GER can't reset if the plot changes what GER does or it even being able to effect Patchy. If Plot made patchy immune. Well he is immune then. Or he changes what it does. Regardless. That should outhack GER there

GER would immediately know somethings trying to affect it and RTZ's that effect since speed is = patchy being bloodlusted would know this and affect himself instead so that GER can't know and therefore can't "lolnope" that effect and then we get a different kind of loop where its just constant back and forth between abilities.

How can he Lol Nope it if it already happened. It wouldn't be Trying to effect him, it would downright change the plot. It's not even like he can detect that change either. Patchy is literally manipulating what they will do and think. He wouldn't know anything is up. And even if he did. Patchy making himself immune Lol nos him before he can do anything about it cause Plot says so. He thinks himself immune, and GER can't effect him.

GER has reset thought based abilities though, this would be no different than those times. Even if it was, both are thought based powers so this would be an incon.

However he still has to activate his own power. If patchy thinks himself immune to the effects and he tries to activate. He did activate it. Plot just makes patchy immune

Both have to activate their powers. Patchy thinking himself immune is still an act and still gets RtZed as a result.

But he is immune to the effects. If the act makes himself immune to the effects of GER. GET can not effect him.

One, whether time or plot hax, both are thought based, which we've already established as being useless aginst GER. Two, he still has to think to make himself immune to GER which gets RtZed nonetheless.

It can't RtZ him. Because the action itself made him immune. If he is immune to the effects, he can't be effected. He makes himself immune while GER starts. GER can't effect patchy cause he is immune
