yes muzan whole goal is to conquer his weakness to sun
Ah mb, I forgot about Muzan's weakness to the sun, still, don't the nichirin blades and Tanjiro's fire god breathing (forgot name) have relations to the sun? Those didn't completely bypass Muzan's regeneration so I don't see how hamon can unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Same way that Hamon kills vampires, it permeates the whole body. Whereas Nichirin blades are shown to have a localized effect, requiring a direct hit to the neck to be a kill

Then hamon should bypass the regeneration even if the regeneration negation suggests otherwise
