Heck I'm tempted to say that if there is an iteration of Pelinal that activates madness and erases Rimuru all the universes/realities where Rimuru opens with something that would kill Pelinal are rendered moot as Rimuru wouldn't exist in the first place should Pelinal win in a single reality. Matt might need to factcheck me on that one, though.

Info Analysis wouldn't tell him anything about madness nor would precog. You can't learn about something when there is nothing to learn to begin with due to Pelinal not existing.

It's not a traditional power boost. Like it's said above, it's a state of being. One where he doesn't exist. It would be like doing a file search inside of an empty folder.

Nothing's stopping Rimuru from haxing Pelinal but Pelinal does resist some of his hax and is hardly at baseline, so one-shotting via physical attacks is probably a no-no.

I'm not the best judge of Pelinal's character so I wouldn't know how likely he is to enter his madness.

That said based on what his madness suggests if there's a reality where he activates it and it erases Rimuru, any and all iterations of Rimuru would stop existing. So Rimuru would have to stomp Pelinal to win here, essentially.

Although as I've said I do not know if that's how it would work; however since it erases you at a 1-A level I strongly doubt any iterations of Rimuru that kill Pelinal before his ability activates wouldn't be effected by it.
