These would be enhanced senses, not either of those.

Longevity with proper maintenance it could last hunderds of years (if they for some reason still decide to keep it around for that long), Martial Arts, Weapon Mastery (the crew operating the vehicle is probably trained in some forms of martial arts and are trained in firearms)

These are not the vehicle's powers, not to mention these would apply to literally any vehicle so remove.

Damage Reduction, Danmaku

These are just not properly explained at all.

Construction some CV90's can be converted to be used for construction, limited Fear Manipulation a normal person would run when fighting this.

Being usable as materials for other structures is not construction, meanwhile the fear manipulation is just pure nonsense.
