Frankly its a rough spot
Sailor Moon is long overdue and thanks to beerus vs galaxia being a massive success we know Usagi is bound for DB in the future
her top two Popular opponents are Seiya and Madoka both opponents alternatives ain't any better
if DB choose Seiya vs Sailor Moon that would leave Madoka chances of being in DB pretty damn low
same with seiya if they went with Madoka vs Usagi with his alternatives being characters who already appeared on the show

Not if Lucy Heartfilia will attack Ash Ketchum directly. Unless you actually buy Ash when activating Ash-Greninja mode to have no lower durability than a wild level 100 Greninja. And hold it Ash's monsters hit at an AP yield way above a seismic toss, and then we yet have to count the Lucy's infinity castle state and her really OP aura sphere and urano metria.

But Ash with his pocket monsters will win Lucy with her celestial monsters.

Since Yugi will fight Aichi or even Rudy or even Maxwell Yugi vs Ash may be retracted.

It makes more sense in Aichi’s case (Dark Magician vs Buster Blader is hype as hell. It is a literal card fight too.) and I think Rudi was on community DB.
I can get why not as Rudi isn’t a big fighter and Vanguard isn’t that popular but it ain’t that obscure either.

I mean the force storm scene, genjutsu, the CQC, all pretty clean. One off frames don’t really say much about animation anyway, it is something meant to be part of a larger movement taken out of context.
Galaxies vs Beerus was also clean enough to earn the amount of views, and DBZ is pretty popular. Suprised they even used Galaxia honestly.

Sailor moon was a long requested franchise to appear on DB plus Galaxia was one of his top requested opponents also DB/Sailor Moon rivalry helped played a part into it as well
