Death (Regular Show) inconsistent profile

The profile is weird. It says that his AP is town level but his tier is 9-B which makes no sense. I don't watch Regular Show but I noticed this little issue.

Yeah Death needs a revision. He is on par with Skips and is missing quite a few abilities.

I forget. But the last time I saw his profile, I remember thinking that he was missing something. I guess I have to research the Death episodes.

Anyway, the RS verse in general needs cleaning up. For example, Baby Ducks should get a new key, the one from the second last episode.

I do think his intelligence should be upgraded as well. I doubt he is below average.
