Yes DD tanked the nuke, but was it all his durability? No. DD absorbed the energy when it exploded, that's why he survived, not because he has city level durability. I think DD should have around multi-block durability and city level durability vs energy attacks.

I know you from comic vine That said city level still. He absorbed a city lvl nuke (the kinetic energy and thermal energy) and became city lvl from that. He's a lot like Sebastian Shaw from X-Men First Class but more powerful.

It is never stated or even shown that he gets more durable, he simply gets better energy attacks.

other than the nuke, (which I don't think he tanked) DD never took a city level hit, only building to block level at best.

The nuke itself is city level. You only need that feat to confirm. I think you split hairs when you say absorbing the kinetic energy of an impact is not the same as tanking imo. Regardless doomsday wasn't city lvl before the the nuke, he was city lvl after being hit with the nuke.
