TOAA stomps. Doesn't matter if Marvel lacks the dimensional tiers for a tier 0 rating. He's still established in the Marvel multiverse to be an omnipotent being who can do literally anything with no limitations even if they create logical paradoxes and has literally infinite power and knowledge and no weaknesses. It takes another almighty supreme being with literally infinite power and knowledge and no weaknesses capable of doing literally anything with no limitations regardless of logical paradoxes just to stalemate these kinds of characters. The only characters who can actually defeat them are overpowered OCs and joke characters like the ones on the Joke Battles Wiki. The EoM is not all powerful and does have weaknesses. TOAA is all powerful and has no weaknesses. Tiering means nothing when it gets down to pure power.

hax don't matter in 1-A matches only AP dose

and TOAA is so far above baseline that he stomps emps into a mud hole in the first auto second of the fight

AP

TOAA- Sees charaters such as Oblivion (who prosive baseline 1As such as eternity as nothing but dreams and illusions) as fiction

TEM- powerful enough too hold of 4 baseline 1-As at the same time while weakened

"Omnipotence" is not used here. If you think that TOAA is downgrade here, just do a CRT and wait for it to be accepted

Although surely that is a great task that must wait for the migration of the forum

We don't use omnipotence anymore for any character, haven't used it since 2018. As of now, he's just a regular 1-A.
 
Because Omnipotence is fundamentally unprovable as far as tiering goes. We just go by the best showcased feats and objective statements, nothing more. As such, Tier 0 isn't defined by this anymore and anyone can get this tier if they meet the power requirements.
 
Tier 0 isn't about omnipotence anymore, it's a tier only achieveable if the size of the cosmology is sufficient.

Becuase im working on a project based on character Tiering.

And also will the "Gman" From half life get a tier?
 
Ehm. The changes were made months ago. Thats why TOAA isn't Tier 0 anymore (he was prior to the Tiering revisions for context), so no characters gets changes, they are already applied.

Your question regarding the Gman is unrelated, ask people knowledgeable in Half Life.

Changed why? All of the characters currently in Tier 0 meet the requirements with the exception of maybe Gan. And he was supposed to get downgraded a while back.
 
but to be fair mythology would be 2nd strongest on this wiki if every single profile from all of mythology are made but mostly *cough* *cough* chinese mythology
