Dressrosa Zoro would tear Finn to shreds. Like he can literally perfectly see and track Finn with his Haki and even get glimpses of the future, can cause paralysis with his bloodlust and has learned a variety of more techniques that would utterly overwhelm Finn even if he had better stats. It wouldn't be a fight it would be a slaughter.
