Firestorm Anti Matter manipulation

Hi everyone. I just have a question. When Firestorm (Post-Crisis) was in the Anti-Matter universe. He was still able to use his matter manipulation/Transmutation in that dimension. The entire anti-matter universe in DC is compromised of Anti-Matter. So does that mean he has Antimatter Manipulation?

Seems like he should, but I’m too knowledgeable on DC so idk fi there’s some other background info that says otherwise.
