Need to know more about Iblis before give a vote.
But they look pretty much equal in every sense.
Apparently Iblis's only weak point is his third eye, which has it in the center of his forehead. When he is hit, it causes him severe pain.

What do you need to know about Iblis?

1. Its size will be a huge factor in the fight.
2. Also how many small monsters he can create at once.

1. Iblis is only building sized so Godzilla is larger than him.

umm...what about Iblis resistance against ocean water?, Iblis can survive being Submerged by Godzilla in the ocean?
the fact is at difference with other Godzillas, Adam (Legendary G) doesn't really like to fight soo far from the ocean, as showed in Godzilla: Awakening and Godzilla 2014 movie.

I see. Now for the battle Adam can survive lava and huge teperatures as he was sleeping in the core of the planet.
Adam seems more intelligent, 'in the film Godzilla's behavior seems to be a territorail animal. However, unlike previous incarnations, he doesn't blatantly attack or plow through ships at sea simply because they are there. In fact, with larger ships like aircraft carriers, he simply dove down under them. In a certain point of the film looks like Godzilla was triying to protect the people in the bridge from the missiles and he was able to know the weaknesses of the Mutos who were faster and same durable than him.
I'm giving Godzilla the victory because he can survive Iblis fire based attacks, is more intelligent and can exploit Iblis weaknesses such as ( Unintelligent and lacking technique ) in his favor.
Vote for Legendary Godzilla.
