Rimuru can still win using stuff like amp and absorption/bfr, but Monika's deletion seems to be generally just more reliable as a wincon.

I think that is just Dan Salvato being too lazy to insert an interaction for that sort of thing happening which IS weird as there are moments where the game processes when you alter the character files like deleting Monika before the game begins or inserting Monika's file in Act 4.

the game that you play is different from the game that exist in game clearly where somehow deleting them inside the game make it somewhat matters.

True, last I remember if you delete certain files yourself certain things don't happen(but certain things do). But also if you save like a backup file and try to addcharacters back, which she deleted, it also doesn't work. Regardless of the saves
