Daredevil has field advantage and he's superhuman. But Arrow should take this he is more skilled and he has fight more powerful opponents.

depends on the location of the fight, close combat should go to dardevil, he cant be suprised with hidden weapons, 60/40 in daredevils favor,

mid range is arrows forte, long range is nothing for either of them,

i go with arrow if the fight is on a street therefore mid-range and with daredevil if they fight close ranged

but both chars are still really awesome ^_^
