I have serious doubt she'll be killing Gremmy when he can remove "death." from himself.

gremmy think and she die while she think and BFR gremmy.
Gremmy think to get out of it/use shadow ( that doesn't require surfaces to work , i don't know where that come from , the arrancar that fought ichigo at the very start of the TYBW used shadow while in the air) and nobody can stop him as dorothy is already dead and could only BFR him .

i don't think he can ressurect himself but he can remove the image of his own death from his head making it pretty much imposible to kill him unless he get tired of living .
but dorothy can make people fall asleep forever so that pointless anyway . The funny question would be : would gremmy be dreaming and how would that work with his imagination powers ? would they still activate ? would be pretty funny it they would .

apparently they'll fall asleep eventually and die . no problem for gremmy who can easily walk out .
also , he have to get touched by the mist to be pulled in to begin with , that's not thought based BFR .

Her wincon doesn't exist. He can achieve a win by thought and is his first move in character. She needs to tag him with mist, not happening, and only then will she be able to do anything to him but is already dead. If he hasn't death haxed her yet for whatever reason, then he can just walk out of her dimension where she then needs to catch him with her mist again. No clue how she pulled it off the first time but it won't happen a second. Even if we include his CIS against Kenny here, he would win.

i agree that there is no realistic way for her to win but it can still happen. A stomp is when the opponent have absolutly zero chances of winning and that's not the case here .

No. That means if both characters were beats ticks with equal stats aside from one who had x7 AP, it's not a stomp in their favor because if they sat there and did nothing, their opponent could eventually kill them with chip damage. Sure the possibility is there but its so outlandish we dismiss it. Gremmy needs to sit there and do nothing to let her even begin her attempt at winning which he can end at any point in time with a thought. That's not her having a wincon, it's him being suicidal and unreasonably charitable for a reason that doesn't exist.

in some situation he could not use death manip before it's too late.
it will happen one in a thousands or more time but the possibility is still here . not realistic but not impossible .

He doesn't even need death manip, he could summon a wall of guns and only that and still kill her before her mist reaches him.
He does everything she does but better and more and can counter everything she has while the same can't be said for her. Agree to disagree but I sincerely doubt many will see it like you do.

Also Gremmy cannot do stuff he hasn't shown is reasonably attributable to his powers. He can't just wish someone dead, and he himself is very vulnerable to mental manipulation. He struggled mightily to not even defeat a very straightforward bruiser, and while it was very PIS ridden if it was in his power to simply wish him dead instead of making fake space, a metoer, and guns, he would have done so.

gremmy was playing with kenpatchi because he got hyped , trying to kill him with constructs of his minds instead of straight up hax because kenpatchi proclaimed himself the strongest and capable of cutting anything in existence . That got under gremmy's nerves , leading him to use sub par tactics and means trying to prove him wrong .
meanwhile , when not hyped up , he straight up killed two captains by thinking them dead , blowed up into tiny bits The Vanishing Point and turned yachiru's bones into cookies .

That's pretty cop out of an excuse given he used pretty acute measures to try and kill Kenpachi. Creating a pool around him, BFR'ing him into a pocket of space, dropping meteors, etc. Gremmy cannot just walk up to someone and think them dead, there has to be some mechanism of the "vision" for this to happen.
No. We have no idea how Gremmy killed them both. They were literally incapitated, and it could have been as simple as Gremmy thinking "Imagine their hearts stopped", or "imagine their braines shut down". That being an explcit vision of their death.
Vanishing point was inhrently a construct of Gremmy's imagination. He "imploded" as a conceptual being once Gremmy erased him from his mind, ala having no tether to exist from. So no, Gremmy indirectly killed him by simply forgetting about him. Which is well established in the chapter.
Gremmy's stuff also isn't even fullproof. Once again, he failed to kill Kenpachi with multiple hax means that I listed above, what makes you think a reality warper is also going to struggle more? Kenpachi literally used brute strength to cut through Gremmy after Gremmy reality warped his strike into doing nothing.
Gremmy also is not psychologically stable when under pressure. When focused on Kenpachi he forget to keep up his effect on Yachiru. Backed up by him forgetting about Stern V this means Gremmy's reality warping has to be actively maintained to have said effect on reality. The moment he is warped into Dream World he will be facing facets of his psyche, reality warping offenses, and sleep inducement which will no doubt effect his ability to properly think and maintain his own reality warping.
Furthermore Gremmy has never been shown capable of crossing dimensions as far as I recall. The only quincy who can explicitly do this are Ywach, Jugram, and Uryu via the Key technique. Remmy does not share rank with them.

That isn't a cop out, that's canon. All physical damage beyond BFR on a Shinigami who can travel dimensions meaning the space was what was meant to kill him and not simply BFR.
He literally did what you said he couldn't. There is no explicit vision required as he simply stopped himself from dying so him doing the reverse is hardly far fetched like you think it is when he has feats for it. If you want to say he killed them by some other means beyond thinking they died, show scans.
Gremmy clearly remembered Guenal as seen when he was mocking him about erasing his presence from everyone's memory. He killed him by blowing him up, not because he forgot. Case in point, everything he imagined not blowing up like Guenal after he died.
You listed one hax that wasn't even what was supposed to kill Kenny, just a side effect. The difference between him vs everything else and him vs Kenny is night and day. The former gets shit done to the extent that even Jugo's no u wouldn't work as Gremmy shit on all the other Ritters. The latter nerfed himself to an AP fight and ignored all of his dura neg hax. He never Visionary's a strike, he amped his dura which Kenny countered by using more strength. Don't twist what happened.

You are making the positive argument that he can simply imagine them dead, and then trying to use this a foundation for him being capable of imagining any fighter dead with simply a thought and no explicit mechanism for doing so. Which is an argument from ignorance.

This thread is a Joke. You have to take the limit of their hax into the discussion. Gremmy highballed is Multicontinental. Dorthy created a infinite dimension and has moons chilling out in that dimension.
Not to mention without the speed equlizer Dorthy would completely stomp that.
Also if speed is equlized then she can BFR him in the first move while Gremmy tries some mundane stuff first. Gremmy won't imagine death as first move. Dorthy however will always use Glamor world as first move.
Once in Glamor world, Gremmy gets slaugther, turned into a frog with no capcity of imagination or has mind turned off and slowly dies to the Glamor world.
