Actually its been clarified by the director that Hancock was making the tornadoes and Mary was creating the lightning, dont know if that makes much of a difference though with his attack potency. They both have weather manipulation abilities and might have been holding back some since they were in a city but they werent acting like they cared much. Also shouldnt his lifting strength be about Class 100 since he was able to pick up and toss a gray whale back in the ocean with ease when they can be about 40 tons.

That grey whale looked like it was thrown pretty far so At least Class M and maybe MHS since he painted a huge heart on the moon before someone noticed.

What the heck is Class M?
The moon feat sounds kinda ridiculous to consider as MHS. That's kinda an assumption. Who knows if anyone else saw. Didn't it take some timeframe before that popped up? If it's a short timespan it would make sense but then again it's not clear.

Just rewatched the scene, or read off the wiki and watched the end if you'd like to be accurate. It seems to be done in a short timespan but enough for them to recover from what happened? I don't think it was just overnight though considering the issues that happened to them.

So he can't be MHS but there can still be an upgrade in speed due to escape velocity, right?
