@Random-Helper323 Alucard, Anderson, Seras, and The Captain should be the only ones physically scaling to the blackbird feat right
Also shouldn't the thread be closed? It has 3 staff agreements

Walter as well. Otherwise it depends. If Alucard is responsible for the survival of the plane that would mean Straitjacket Alucard did it and other downscale. If the plane itself withstood the impact then Rip, Tubalcain and Red Coat Alucard would upscale from half the feat.

I was planning on making base Alucard 9-A, wouldn't that be best? Level 1/straightjacket whatever you want to call it clearly superior to his base form and he specifically needed level 1/straightjacket to perform the 8-B feat in the first place. Luke and Tubalcain were all crushed by Level 1 Alucard and the only way i see Rip scaling is with something like, "9-A, 8-B with Musket" so it doesn't make much sense for them to be 8-B. I also doubt Post-Schrodinger key would be able to replicate the same feat give how immensely weakened the form is. Alucard lost all his lives in that key and we know that the more lives/blood consumed, the stronger a vampire will become. I was thinking something like this:

No, the Jackal can still stagger Monster Anderson, Base Anderson can somewhat withstand the Jackal, Red Coat Alucard can fight base Anderson. Alucard also still had the same stats after losing all his souls (remember he lost his army before he tore Anderson apart), so Post-Schrodinger wouldn't be physically weaker.
 
Ok i'm fine with that scaling chain, though im curious what it'll look like if Walter's skyscraper feat gets calced to 8-B
the changes can probably be applied but let's leave the thread open in case a staff member wants to comment

The issue with that is the keys would have the same Tier and there would have to be four, maybe give if them, with Post-Schrodinger also needing two keys.

Simply linking a stat value like that profile for the first part could be okay.
 
Perhaps something like "At most City Block level+", then "At least / City Block level+" with Straightjacket

However, there is the alternative of scaling redcoat Alucard to this in full via his shadows also tanking the explosion, which make up the baseline of his physical body

Some cool scans for Anderson

Andersen's favorite weapon is a bayonet blessed in a church ceremony. He also uses other weapons such as a "detonation chain" made of connected tubes filled with explosives. Furthermore, Andersen himself possesses abilities that are impossible for ordinary people, such as the power to create a barrier specifically for monsters and the ability to disappear using a special Bible.

His body is imbued with the pinnacle of anti-monster magic possessed by the Papal State, and he has the ability to regenerate to such an extent that Alucard calls him a "regenerator." Furthermore, his combat power is said to far exceed that of two platoons of heavily armed infantry, and like Alucard, he too is a trump card in battles against monsters. Due to his high level of ability and deep faith, he often carries out top-secret solo operations even within the unofficial 13th Section, and tends to leave the command of the armed priest corps, which he leads, to one of his favorite disciples, Heinkel Uhu.

This is the bayonet that Andersen uses. It has been blessed in a church ceremony, and its strike possesses a power that even a vampire's regenerative abilities cannot defend against. Andersen keeps a large number of these bayonets hidden, using them as daggers in close combat and as throwing weapons against opponents at a distance.

Catching Can Winkle's bullet was done by Red Coat Alucard, and it wasn't even hard for him. So any accepted speed from that should scale to base Anderson, True Vampire Seras, Captain, Dark Walter, and Tubalcain.

Bodily Weaponry (Conventional: Vampires possess fangs or claws which can be used to rip apart their victims and drink their blood)


Surface Scaling (Vampires can walk on walls and run up them)

Regeneration (Low-Mid; Vampires can normally regenerate from things such as Alucard being shot by multiple guns at once and losing parts of his body and arms)

Enhanced senses scan does not work but i think i know how to word it: Enhanced Senses (Vampires through using their third eye are able to see targets even from 600 meters away at night time

New justification for blood absorption? (Vampires are able to suck the blood from humans which acts as both their sustenance and as a way to heal or resurrect themselves

Martial Arts (Due to being trained as a police girl, she is able to pull grapple techniques to subdue her opponent)

Weapon Mastery (Marksmanship; Able to shoot a target from over 600 meters away right in the heart and at night time through the usage of her third eye. Equipped with a 30mm anti-midian cannon, harkonnen, has armor piercing)

Regeneration Negation (Low-Mid; Seras' 30mm anti-midian cannon, harkonnen, is a weapon able to harm and kill vampires)

Explosion Manipulation (Seras' 30mm anti-midian cannon, harkonnen, functions as an anti-tank rifle, equipped with explosive rounds)

Incomplete Seras resistance to mind manip? Resistance to Illusion Creation and Mind Manipulation (Vampires through the use of their third eye can see through illusions, along with this, even vampires untrained in their third eye will be able to tell that something is an illusion


True Vampire

Fear Manipulation (Made soldiers, vampires, and veterans who dominated the battlefield terrified upon her transformation into a true vampire)

Blood Manipulation (Can manipulate her blood to spike up from the ground and stab through enemies)

Darkness Manipulation (Her shadow can casually cover an entire building)

Resistance to fear manipulation? Seras can bypass Zorin's evil eye which creates fear on those who look at it


Attack Potency Justification
What do you think of this instead for 9-B/9-A?

Attack Potency: Wall level (Vampires are noted to be exceedingly powerful, being able to tear through humans like they were mere rags. Ripped apart a horde of ghouls that had her restrained. Can easily crush human skulls), Small Building level with Weapons (Her weapons were able to destroy some of Tubalcain Alhambra's cards, which were able to cut through entire buildings)


Durability
This explosion is 9-A, not 8-B

supersonic+ is prob for dodging bullets, but might need an actual calc for that

Hypersonic+ is for downscaling shit idfk

Durability, the feat is merely there so I can just list it, I ain't making her 8-B cuz if that
