Ladybug's luck is so NLF that it's funny, you're putting it as "she'll win no matter what", which is not the case.

I'm not saying she will win no matter what lol it can be neutralized with layered Power nullification or having resistance to it or reality warping etc... It's just Kim doesn't have anything to bypass it

Her luck manip (the one that she uses in combat) is only via her summonings, but those can be neutralized.

No? I've explained above it's not just limited to her lucky charm like when Oni-Chan took Lucky charm from Ladybug her luck manipulation still did work against Oni-Chan and she defeated her still, what i'm trying to say is her victory progress will start when she summons her lucky charm it's just the luck manipulation would only save her getting a hit can cause lose forever if she doesn't summon Lucky charm

Not to mention the lucky charm has failed or has been taken away multiple times. And sometimes Ladybug on her own is not enough no matter how much luck she has, like in Desperada, where Aspik used second chance more than 25,000 times and in all of them she captured Ladybug

She won in the end right? The Supernatural luck doesn't have to make Ladybug win by herself always, lucky charm could give an item that grants victory with an easier way like when they need help from the dragon miraculous in the fight against Ikari Gozen however in season 5 Ikari Gozen got akumatized again with a power up via mouse miraculous but they did not need the dragon miraculous again (The Lucky charm didn't give an solution based on that Miraculous cuz Monarch had that in the moment) because Lucky charm gave an item with different solution so if it is possible to take help from others,things in the situation Lucky charm would give an item that with an easier solution

My vote goes to Ladybug. As far as I can see Ladybug has a very significant advantage in power level, Kim scaling higher than 6KT while Ladybug goes up to 40KT which is an almost 7 times difference, any attempt of physical combat which Kim usually goes for would be received by a class G grab vs Kim's class K which is multiple tiers difference, the only problem would be stealth but Ladybug has dealt with invisible beings before and thermal vision goggles are o possibility for her lucky charm which has done much crazier stuff like a rocket launcher and a car. Kim's forcefields have no guarantee to be capable of holding back an attack of almost 7 times difference and if worse cames to shove she could just use her Yoyo to completely surround Kim's forcefields and throw her around until Kim dies.
Luckyly for kim Ladybug gonna use her miraculous ladybug and Kim can came back to life.
Edit: Regarding Kim's fragrance, I will remind you that Ladybug has the macarons on season 2 which cames with a space suit which has it's own air system with a mask, considering Kim can fly it would be in character for Ladybug to use her space uniform to go after Kim

Because Lucky charm did want Adrien as Cat Noir not Aspik if Lucky charm would let Ladybug win with Aspik it would cause bad choice's for Marinette again beacuse she would call Adrien for every fight and Lucky charm also warns Marinette for those stuff like in Season 6 Lucky charm pointed at Marinette that The Lucky charm was pointing at she is the responsible one who caused the villain get akumatized, Lucky charm didn't give them any luck in that episode because Marinette only give the miraculous beacuse of her feelings for Adrien she didn't even think that Luka would be a better holder in the first place, also as Tikki said if mari use her miraculous for her own purpouses the miraculous won't give her any luck

Just because Ladybug has a way to deal with all of Kim's powers doesn't mean it would work 100% of the times so yes Kim has chances to win but Ladybug is just more likely to.

But you’ve just listed all of the ways it would be borderline impossible for her to win. The AP advantage means even a single hit would be devastating. How is this not the definition of a stomp?

Again, I said ways that Ladybug could be able to handle Kim's hax, but overall Kim still has chances. It's different than Kim simply being incapable of doing anything, most of the stuff I said are decisions that Ladybug is likely to have is not a passive ability that will always be there to make her win.

The gap is not one shot level. And this fight won't really matter l, even if this fight ends soon, Ladybug is close to having a rework that will change stuff for her profile and she won't have a season 1 anymore so at best this fight won't stay long.

Checked the calcs they are scaling to, Ladybug has multiple calcs around 40KT while Kim is scaling to Shego and Drakken with their calcs being 6KT and 1.3KT

It’s like right on the edge of one shot level. All that said, it doesn’t change the fact that with the addition of supernatural luck helping her out, there are no scenarios in which Kim is able to win. Her one wincon relies on her being able to get close to Marinette, which doesn’t even work. You said yourself that any form of physical contact would end up getting negated by her and her yoyo’s better LS, so I’m struggling to find any kind of scenario where Kim even remotely hurts her.

I can agree with LB winning via superior AP and LS, but her "Luck manip" is useless.

Her luck manipulation works on her side when she do that for defending herself or for using it greater good in this fight Marinette is not using her luck manipulation for her own purpouses or based on her feelings on someone so it would work work ig
