Sukuna's normal attacks don't affect the soul, and that mostly comes from him damaging Mahito. Hell, we see Gojo tanking multiple slashes without having his soul damaged. Same for Maki and others.
When something attacks and damages the soul, the narration mentions it.

And since Andy is 7-A now, Fraudkuna can't do anything

Sukuna targeting the soul is pointless btw, this key of Andy doesn’t rely on his soul to regenerate, he doesn’t even believe in them at this point, and he doesn’t actually rely on his soul at all, Undead is what allows for regeneration and he believes his brain being destroyed means death. Another thing is that targeting the soul doesn’t effect Andy’s ability to move, we see he normally interprets movements by his physical body during his fight with Nico and can switch to moving his body with the soul.

Also I’d say through the way Undead works if the soul was “killed”, Undead would begin regenerating it as the souls in verse have memories etched onto them and their negation dwells in the soul meaning Undead can regenerate parts of the soul as it regenerated memories.

Even ignoring this, Victor can come out to skillstomp and outrange Sukuna. This fight pretty much goes to Andy for all keys, especially if its 101 Andy who can one shot Sukuna’s soul and is the smarter fighter.
