Things can be an outlier in more than one direction. Not everything is a low end. Drachnyen went from running away from custodes to fighting the emperor, Drach is not tier 6 for that.

Not with Regen, or a high enough degree. The car feat may get you 9-B, and that really wouldn't be an outlier.

Then just upgrade him to 9-B by suriving being hut by a full speed car, it has been awfully clear you are just not going to agree to anything above 9-B.

It hops onto a car. People can do that without in injury as it doesn't have any of the force actually hit their body.

Tier 9 is an outlier. The only solid feat you have is the explosion feat which is contradicted by every other instance it's harmed.

Durability is 10-B. Maybe 10-A if you're pushing it. "Possibly much higher" covers most of your concerns.

Because they literrally are downplay, ignoring any and all feats above 9-C because your headcanon makes you think that is his upper limit by literally letting jack shoot him just to make him see just how useless it is.

You are dismissing all feats above 9-C to fit your headcanon and probably some weird agenda you might have.

Sorry, but the TNT and RPG are legit as far as the ginosaji story goes.

9. Association fallacy
This is when someone claims that since A has certain qualities, and B is in some way associated with A, then B has those qualities as well, without actual proof of this.

Both are being affected by bullets, yet have higher tiering durabiklity feats.

Buu has fought 4-Bs, so he is 4-B.

Gino has endured 9-B to 9-A attacks, so he should be 9-B to 9-A.

• 4-B who scales off of other consistent 4-Bs, with being harmed by conventional weapons being the outlier as opposed to numerous and consistent feats.

• 10-B with one questionable 9-A feat that's contradicted by it being harmed by regular weapons.
