JoJo OVA has some pretty good feats

Imagine the Phantom Blood movie created a Moon Level feat but it's on the missing parts of the film

Dio allegedly created his castle (in the film, opposed to the manga, where he simply found it), which we actually do see (the castle I mean), and it's ******* huge. If creation feats count towards AP in some cases, it makes the cloud feat seem not that over the top, given Dio's castle is like at least 8-A.

Are we using the cloud/castle feat or not? If so we can skip calcing the misc things as we have two solid feats, one of which is already calc'd and one which is support. The only thing then is to give Jotaro a tier, which would probably end up as At least Wall level, possibly Whatever the **** Dio or Platinum is at maximum. (Given he has a bunch of solid wall level feats, but he also has a few feats that are drastically higher like destroying a boat or blocking a punch from Dio, issue being we dont know if he was channeling Star Platinum or not, the OVA is super vague on that. But given at maximum is apparently an actual tier rating we can make use of that).

Just wanted to bring up that upon rewatching the final fight, the Stand summmoning noise plays when the boat is destroyed. SP must've done it
