Ok so King Crimson is Easy S, don’t need to explain. But I will anyways. It’s strong, fast, and has a very good ability, combined with epitaph.
Beach boy is ok, you need decent aim to do anything, and a good amount of range, but once that hooks in, the enemy can’t really hope for anything less then a maiming usually. So I’d give it B.
The Grateful Dead is an A to me. It has very rare counters, and the chance of someone discovering said counter is tiny. If u just move somewhere nice and enclosed, you’ll surely win.
Baby Head is a D, cos it needs specific preptime. If u gave it preptime, transmutation hax is pretty good + good stats, so Junior is an A.
White Album is B, as its very versatile stand, but relies on a smart user to be good.

Grateful Dead A generally, like 100m AOE is kinda based and it can throw a punch if it needs to, even if it's kinda low end.
Baby Face D, Junior C-A (depends on parents and education).
White Album B, gently weeps is an A+ ability but it can only be used briefly as it drains stand energy/stamina. Good against physical stands but something like Star Platinum would punch a hole through it (even GE could crack it) and other hax stands can just hax it. It's mostly good for low to mid physical stands or ******* over the hosts. Body protection is really good tho, and depending on environment it's busted.

King Crimson S+ it’s actually way more broken than you think
King Crimson’s predestined actions still remain even if he skips time, but anything that happened to affect him is undone
If he looks in the future and sees himself opening a door, then skipping that still means the door gets opened by him
Similarly, he can see the future of him attacking someone, and then skip it, so that even if they were to have damaged him in that moment of time, all the damage will be undone to him whilst the opponent is still hurt
in other words he can simply hack reality by being able to freely attack forever without getting tired or hurt himself, making it an absolute defense when combined with epitaph. He basically can nullify literally anything and keep fighting, it’s so insanely hard to beat
Beach boy is kinda standard phasing hax, but also the damage reflection is something that almost nobody can deal with, outside of stuff like the hand or being a vampire who will regenerate anyways

Adaption, Reactive Evolution, and ranged Matter Manipulation.
Some downsides though, how good it is depends on the parents (The match we see in context was allegedly extremely good so that was a high end one, not the average), it needs to be taight and learn, you can easily **** up the education. It doesn't have to listen to you, it's a living thing, not a Stand.
And it's not invisible or noncorporal (though it does have NPI), it's a Stand/Human Hybrid, it's physical but has Stand energu, think of it like Diego.
So lots of good shot, but lots of caveats.

Don’t forget that White Album has that thing where he freezes the air and just completely negates ranges attacks. Considering he can lower the temperature to absolute zero and his Stand is pretty durable (with only a single weak point in the form of a breathing hole), I think rating him C is a bit of a travesty.

Yeah Gently Weeps is good (freezing air not so much, even pet shop does that), the AZ and halting of kinetic momentum is good, it just drains him so it's not sustainable.

He can, it’s just that it’s only if he were destined to attack before skipping time
he can’t actually interact with anything without that
