I mean, he was a bit scared I guess? But it was not anything big. Which is another thing that I want adressed, we are treating any fear hax as if it is some paralysing instant win bs. When most of the time people are a bit scared and yet would still fight and woop the user's ass.

Not necessarily seeing as people would react to fear differently. Some people are more willing to do something to avoid death instead of just sitting there frozen. Timemon could simply just stop time when hit with a dose of fear.

How can we assume he will just stand there? Timemon by nature is a Digimon who does everything by utilizing his time ability. He has no reason to think of escape when he could simply stop time. Unike Finral who while he could still think, couldn't move. Unlike Finral, Timemon just needs to think to stop time.

And if the paralysis is indeed temporary (preventing Timemon to use time stop even for an instant) Julius can speed amps and one shot, can't he?

And what we're saying is, it's the fear that could obstruct his thought. His first thought, at least how I've seen from the many novels and manga/anime I've read, would likely be about how strong Julius is, the presence he exerts, etc.

And I argue that this sudden rush of fear could make Timemon simply stop time to better analyze the situation instead of sitting there like an idiot when he has a thought based ability.
