Kars vs Gray Fox

So since Jonathan can't really contend with Gray Fox let's see how the Pillar Man boss does. I hope I don't regret this one. >_>

Speed is equal. Fight takes place in New York with both 5 feet apart. Kars is in Base Form with Light Mode and Gray Fox is in Cyborg with HF Blade and Arm Cannon. Will Gray Fox put Kars in his place? Or will Kars play air guitar with Gray Fox's legs?
