Hey a rando here with a ton of Kazumi knowledge. Kazumi is actually able to attack things cross dimension, as she attacked a witch from outside it's barrier during a rescue mission. She doesn't need to be in the same dimension as the witch to interact with it.
Also Kazumi's regen is not dependant on the consumption of her clones, it was just more obvious when she did since her injuries were must more substantial. During the fight with witch Nie Blūhen Herzen, she healed after biting it. Not that it changes much anyways, but a small detail none the less.
