Lancer's dura negation addition

I want to point out something about Gae Bolg, as it reverses causality so that the fact that "the heart has been pierced" happens before the cause of "the spear has been thrust" it should mean that the spear is already "there" (the heart of the enemy) at the moment he calls it's True Name (and before he makes contact with the enemy), as such it should be some type of dura negation, what do you think? It's even stated that the thrust is merely a formality because "the heart has already been pierced the moment he call out it's true name"

Already listed.

"The Barbed Spear that Pierces with Death ignores conventional durability (It reverses cause and effect to bypass barriers and always strike its target's heart)."
