Yhwach has like 5 ways to steal abilities.

Yhwach can nullify existence erasing attacks and can nullify your abilities by literally absorbing the very heritage you have that granted them.

He has his future manipulation as well

How does he do it?

Cause yhwach's power null can range to disabling attacks that are being used at him to erasing your heritage as a being thus losing your special abilities.

Yhwach is also capable of power restoration.

He was depowered into a black ant but he nullfied it.

In fact that only makes them susceptible to destruction.

Yhwach in character uses his fate manipulation to slice and bresk apart things that are gonna be used against him i.e ichigo's bankai

I'll list some things Yhwach has here..

Abilities include


The Wind: It redirects projectiles away from him passively via bending space.

The Fear: Looking at him will bring about your deepest fears.

The Viability: this allow him to regenerate as long as reishi exist,and it cannot be disabled.

The Miracle: also allows him to regen from reishi but also converts damage into strength.

The Visionary: Reality warping via whatever he imagines.

The Almighty: This allowed him to see and choose a scenario out of countless possible futures,it allows grants him a passive power nullification via seeing your powers which he does from the future,and grants him resistance.

The X-Axis:Grants him immaterial intangibility and the ability to pierce instantaneously through barriers and even intangible targets.

Anti-Thesis:This allows him to switch events that happened between 2 targets and after completely healing him.

The Balance: He absorbs the misfortune that would happened to him and redirects it.

'The Compulsory:' Fills the battlefield with invisible nerves and touching it grants him reactive evolution and to make u blow up into a pulp.

Death Dealing:''' can lower the resistance of the opponent and adjust the lethal dosage of a target. The Explode: can turn you into a bomb via reishi touching making you blow up.

The Question: The opponent will have self-doubt while Yhwach speaks.

The Yourself: Since he will have both parts, he will be able to copy every ascept of the opponent including memories,skills, and even physical traits.

The Zombie: If his blood gets on the target they will become zombie slaves essentially.

The Superstar: grants him an minion that regenerates,and as he cheers he will get stronger and heal.

He also has resistance to precognition and power nullification besides other things.

Link has passives resistances, but not passive abilities iirc.

The wind: Link can use AoE spells

The fear: Triforce of Courage GG

The viability: regen null

The visionary: if Link has the full Triforce, he resists it.

Almighty: how can he have a future in which he can even harm Link? Not sure how, but Link resists power null (you should ask Cal as he's the one who added it).

X-Axis: Link can hit intangible beings. He isn't going to damage a High 4-C with that.

Anti-thesis: can you expand here, please?

Balance: By misfortune you mean damage?

Compulsory: he isn't going to harm a High 4-C with that.

Death Dealing: Link resists death manip

Explode: Link resurrects.

Question: how is that combat applicable?

Pretty much all of his powers ignore durability

Anti Thesis: he can switch the damage that happeneds between 2 targets.

Balance: yes misfortune is damage.

Death Dealing isn't death manipulation it's lethal dosage adjustment for example he can make the very air you breath toxic to you or even your own blood.

X-Axis: ignores durability because it simply pierces,there isn't a projectile.

The Visionary: he can resist reality warping?

The Almighty: is fate manipulation,if he were to die he can choose a future where he ressurects.The point is once he looks at Link he will know all he can do.

Compulsory: ignores durability,it touches and warps your very nerves.

The Question: combat applicable because it's self doubt via speech.

For one it is not composite Yhwach considering there is only one Yhwach and that is the manga one.

Two, there is no point in listing abilities you know he would not use.

I'm like 99% certain Cal is not making Yhwach in character. He'd be ooc so he'd probably be using his other powers. Especially after seeing himself die a bunch of times with the Almighty. Yhwach isn't stupid either, he'd resort to using his hax at some point or another.
