Megatron vs Overseer.

Megatron had done it. He's finally obtained the Allspark! Even better still, he's defeated Optimus Prime and his Autobots once and for all. Now no one can stop his conquest across the Universe! However, his sensors pick up a strange occurrence behind him which turns out to be some kind of Portal. Having his sights on what might be a new world to conquer, he enters the Portal. On the other side he finds a Massive Machine floating in front of him. Not knowing what it is, he puts his guard up and is ready to fire when it suddenly assails him.

How far into 8-A is the overseer?

The Overseer is considered superior to boss monsters that are 330.5107552581262 tons.

Allspark Megatron is superior to Optimus Prime, who is superior to Ironhide, who has a 75.4917156381453 ton feat. Optimus did survive a hit from Allspark Megatron (with injuries), and seemed to be considered a threat by Decepticon Create-a-Bot, whose equal, Autobot Create-a-Bot, could also take hits from Allspark Megatron.
As there do not seem to be any better feats than Ironhide's 8-B+ showing, Optimus is higher into 8-B+, or baseline 8-A at best, and Allspark Megatron is likely only a bit above baseline 8-A through the scaling.

With all this in mind, Overseer should win this due to upscaling from a much better AP feat than Megatron, as well as having better intelligence. His shapeshifting and force fields should also give Megatron trouble. Megatron should have better mobility if speed isn't equalized, but I don't think that would be enough to compensate for his other disadvantages. Megatron's overconfidence is also potentially a massive liability that the Overseer could take advantage of.

I mean Megatron has a noticeable speed edge and has overall better summons at his disposal. The AP and Intelligence Edge is certainly a big deal, but Megatron isn't stupid so if he notices he's taking too much damage he can still try to avoid damage long enough for his Repair Systems to heal him.

Drones will still be one shot by the Overseers lasers which go in all directions, even while the Overseer is focussing Megatron it's lasers will be taking out drones.

Megatron also simply isn't getting through the Overseers forcefields, as they're much stronger the Overseers dura, which Megatron is already below.

Dammit I really need to get my Overseer CRT out.
