Hi there
First Issue
Currently, In Boruto’s profile Uzuhiko is treated or rather indexed as a linear output, but that really shouldn’t be the case. It is well known that the Uzuhiko output varies based on the amount of chakra Boruto absorbs from the earth, which is the evident by Code being able to survive a low-charged Uzuhiko while Hidari, despite being above Code, was obliterated by a fairly-charged Uzuhiko.
I believe the issue can be resolved by;

1. Using a Varies rating
At least Planet level (blah), higher with rasengan, Varies with Uzuhiko (The Uzuhiko output varies based on the amount of energy Boruto absorbs from the earth), usually at least Planet level (A semi charged Uzuhiko sent Code flying and made him scream in pain), up to far higher (His Uzuhiko is this strong. An imperfect and unready Uzuhiko that wasn't fully charged to its maximum capacity was capable of obliterating most of Hidari's body)
2. Uzuhiko is at least as strong as a rasengan
In the official Uzuhiko description, It’s stated that the uzuhiko causes the standard damage a rasengan causes while referencing the attack Boruto used against Code.

2nd Problem
Similar issues. In Shojoji profile his Zephyr shield is treated as an absolute rating. The zephyrs shield reflects any attack thrown at it, basically it’s just a Gunbai 2.0. So it should be changed to
Possibly Town level (blah), Varies with Zephyr's Shield (The zephyr shield reflects any attack directly thrown at it. Easily repelled Boruto's Rasengan)

Easy disagree cus David agreed

1. Using a Varies rating
Varies keys are for ratings that fluctuate massively, not for an ability that has a max output (example: The Six Paths of Pain being weaker or stronger depending on how many of them are functioning and how far they are from Nagato)
2. Uzuhiko is at least as strong as a rasengan
In the official Uzuhiko description, It’s stated that the uzuhiko causes the standard damage a rasengan causes while referencing the attack Boruto used against Code.
Damage ≠ Power

All this is saying is that Uzuhiko can inflict physical damage like a Rasengan can, as well as mental damage via its added effect, so I wouldn't really use this for the justification.

Example 1 of what it could say: At least 5-B physically, higher with Ninjutsu (justification for Rasengan, Raiton, and weaker Uzuhikos), far higher with Max Output Uzuhiko (justification for max output)

Example 2 of what it could say: At least 5-B physically, higher with Ninjutsu, far higher up to XYZ with Uzuhiko (explanation that Uzuhiko's output is directly affected based on the amount of Planet Chakra that Boruto can gather)

I think these are two ways you can adjust the justification to make more sense under current ratings, example 1 is just your version slightly repurposed.
2nd Problem

That statement being kinda flowery aside, I don't think this would be an example of variable durability.

Being able to reflect "any attack" is also very possible with just a very powerful shield, far above anyone else's capacity to get past, rather than one that adapts to the potency of its opponents' attacks, for which there's no real proof of here.

If you agree with this, then sure.

It is possible, infact, it would not have been far fetched to assume it’s a powerful shield if we didn’t have a statement explaining how the ability works. We already got an explanation on the mechanics of the ability, there’s no need to assume anything else.
Also i’m not against the current durability rating, i’m just proposing to get it removed as AP.

im not even sure if it's warranted to put higher with ninjutsu, because it doesn't seem like Boruto's Ninjutsu in TBV is necessarily stronger than his physicals to the point that it's necessary to denote them as higher. Like for example his fight against Jura we see him utilize Rasengan, Uzuhiko, and his physicals and while you can say Jura is just far stronger than Boruto, he really isn't THAT much stronger.

We see Boruto's able to fight Jura even while on the disadvantage and trade and deflect blows from Jura but not necessarily able to damage him without the use of FTG to get below him. And his Rasengans do no damage other than knockback. I'm not saying that the Rasengan is weaker than his physicals (obviously they're not) but I'm just saying that I don't think his Ninjutsu have the justification currently to warrant higher RN if that makes sense.

The only thing I'd change on the profile is higher/far higher with max output uzuhiko.

The Shojoji stuff is good

So the justifications for his ninjutsu (rasengan inclusive) should all be incorporated in his sole 5-B justification then?
So something like
At least Planet level (blah), far higher with Uzuhiko max output (The Uzuhiko is this strong. An imperfect and unready Uzuhiko that wasn't fully charged to its maximum capacity was capable of obliterating most of Hidari's body)
But considering we’ve never seen the max output of Uzuhiko, will “fairly charged Uzuhiko” suffice?

yes that's perfectly fine to me

maybe semi charged is better wording for formalities sake but yeah good looks

Honestly idk about this. Boruto thinks to himself that Jura HAD to have taken some damage from rasengan and other than that Jura generally blocks his kusanagi blade strikes without any problems or damage. He also concluded that if rasengan didn't do the job Uzuhiko is necessary.

Basically what I'm saying is that we can't really quantify the difference between the rasengan and his physicals from the Jura fight but Borutos thoughts still seem to imply that his rasengan is above his physical stats.

Also generally his swordsmanship should be above his physicals as well. Besides him using a kusanagi blade he's also using the Uchiha swordsmanship which amps it even further. So you could just say

Rasengan >~ Uchiha swordsmanship > basic physicals (kicks, punches, etc)

He was verifiably wrong about the damage lol Jura took virtually none. Also we see that Boruto is also able to party his attacks so he's NOT far behind Jura in physicals, obviously he's weaker but not to any reasonable metric, and if he can block and parry Jura's attacks and his Rasengans legit does no damage, it's likely the gap between his physicals/sword strikes and his Rasengan isn't that massive. Also I'm mostly referring to indexing. I know Rasengans are stronger than his physicals I'm just talking about for justification reasoning. Also yeah Full Power Uzuhiko maybe, but obviously not the one he used on Jura.

I'm using them interchangeably because it really doesn't matter on the profiles.
Like we're not going to do higher with swordsmanship that's goofy

It seems this thread has gotten it’s sufficient share of votes, i’ll start applying in a couple of hours
