Katsuyu verbatim states that her healing prowess is directly proportional to the Seal, not Tsunade's regular reserves. Which no other Summoner other than Sakura has.

Has the seal been able to transfer medical chakra remotely to any regular person?
If not, then it's not the seal's ability but the summoner's blood contract link to their summon.

Yeah, it's based off of the Strength of a Hundred Seal, something only she (Katsuyu) and she (Tsunade/Sakura) have, which links the user's chakra to the summon

The link is created by the summoning contract, not byakugo seal.
That was to Katsuyu, not a regular person. Neither Tsunade nor Sakura has ever transferred healing chakra remotely to a random person. Byakugo seal doesn't have such ability.

Summoning contracts do not create chakra links. You can just use your chakra with someone else's blood who does has the contract to perform a summoning.

Just a general question. Why does the summoning go "poof" when the summoner dies?

when has this ever happened #1, a user has never died and their summon ran back after death
#2 the summoner and the summon are linked by blood not chakra, so there's still a link
#3 they return regardless after a certain amount of time has passed

I have tried to make memory, but only Enma, Fukasaku and Kisame's sharks dissapearing after their summoners death it's what comes to my mind. In which case it's self-evident that they are undoing the summoning because they have no function.
The Animal Path it's not a regular Summoner. Literally has no blood contracts and Konan didn't poof into Konoha even though she was summoned by her at the outskirts in that same arc.

I don't believe Konan has a blood contract. But she might have one as well, so make that of what you will.
With that said, the more I think about it, the less I see the Animal Path making sense for this argument, considering the fact that they are isofacto always receiving Chakra from Nagato from their Black Receivers.

There's a difference between a summoning and a human. Humans don't qualify as a summoning.
The Animal Paths blood is different from Nagato and the other Pains.
Though to be frank, I see your case as well.

Then we know for a fact the Animal can summon things without a contract.
Which reminds me that we never actually see the Animal Path use blood for their summonings. Also, as stated before, you can cast a summoning with someone else's blood, so I don't really see the point here.

So I'm adding this calc to the Boruto section on the verse page. If someone wants to create a Naruto & Boruto team profile or upgrade Urashiki's jutsu, they can open a CRT related to that.
