Gizmo is pretty fun to play as at a first glance (played four or so matches with him). The car is probably the most useful move, it can do a lot of damage if you run the opponent over multiple times (it also stays on the stage after you jump out of it, so your partner can pilot it as well), and the umbrella makes for a good recovery. His best option for throwing the opponent is probably either the uppercut or the car. The singing at the hiding in a box moves seem pretty useless tho.

By the way, Stripe's card confirms that he will indeed have Joker's Neutral Special, so we're probably about to get some bullet dodging feats when he gets added.
