Overhaul is able to keep up with and outmatch people who can literally see into the future with his skill, has attacks even faster than he is, and significantly outspeeds everyone other than Muzan and Kokushibo
Overhaul can also manipulate the battlefield on a smaller, but more intricate scale than Nakime
and he can make better use of his prior knowledge cause Muzans never strategized a day in his life

Dunno what Muzan will do with the prior knowledge, but he already has a large advantage with numbers. Does he need the prior knowledge? That said the prior knowledge will prolly help Chisaki. Couldn't he just Overhaul the ground and splatter basically all the Upper Moon instantly? That'd be beyond their regen I believe.

Only Shigaraki’s version of “Overhaul” can do that. Overhaul touching the ground only results in manipulating the ground he’s touching. He has to physically touch the moons and Muzan to kill them. Kokushibo, Douma, Akaza, Gyutaro, Zohakuten, Enmu, Muzan, Gyokko all out range the hell out of him. This is ignoring how Muzan and Nakime straight up controls the entire dimension.
